Services

Personal care
• Short and long visits
• Support at night time (sleeping and waking nights)
• Assistance with personal care
• Bathing and washing
• Medication support
• Continence care

Domestic & Social care

We are able to provide the following support to clients at home:
• “Sits” to provide companionship and support
• Domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming and ironing
• Meal preparation
• Shopping
• Organising trips out e.g. for shopping, visiting library, garden centre, weddings etc.

Palliative Care

We can provide carers who are trained in/have experience in end of life and palliative care, and who are able to provide end of life or palliative care for clients who wish to remain in their own home close to relatives and friends. Services include:
• Personal care
• Day time visits
• Night time care (sleeping and waking nights)
• Meal preparation
• Respite care for family and friends

Learning Disabilities Care

We can provide carers who have received specialist training and have qualifications in providing care for clients with Learning disabilities including Autism and Asperger’s.


Live -in Care

• We employ specially trained and experienced carers who are able to undertake live in care assignments for clients who require 24-hour support.
• Assignments can last from one week to long term based on the client's needs. The Registered manager carries out an assessment of the client's needs before identifying a suitable carer or carers to provide round the clock support.
• Further carers can be identified to cover the daily 3-hour break for the live in carer, if the client cannot be left on their own or family/friends are not able to cover the rest periods.
• The live in carer will provide 24-hour support for the client and ensure that the client's needs are met at all times.
