I have been working for Caremark for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love everything about my job! Each and everyone of the staff have been welcoming, friendly and attentive. I have never felt so supported in a role than I have working for care mark. Nothing has been to much trouble and someone is always there to ask how your day has been, and what they can do to help you. Each individual I have had the pleasure of working with really cares about their clients. This is more than a job for everyone I have had contact with. On a personal level each member of staff knows their clients so well and you can see that on the faces of the clients welcoming their carers into their homes. What do you love most about your job?
Both myself and the whole team love making a genuine difference to our clients quality of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I witnessed the incredidle care delivered to my grandparents who sadly both passed away from terminal desease.
I also lost my Father to terminal cancer in 2018.
Throughout his illness I witness forst hand the amazing work carried out by individuals in the care sector.
Sadly I also witnessed the gross shortcomings of some organisations.
I decided to start my own Care Service to make sure as many people in my community recieved the 'best of the best' Care.

Yes. We have a state of the art client monitoring system that allows clients/friends/relatives/loved ones to have real time visibility of our visit.

Caremark (Colchester) has always had a stringent infection control policy.
We wear medical grade PPE to all visits.
WE HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED AND TESTED WEEKLY.
