What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Caremark is fully operational and taking extra precautions to keep people safe.
During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we are operating a normal service, with all offices open and ready to support new and existing clients who need assistance at home.
The safety and wellbeing of the people we care for and our staff is of paramount importance. To ensure this we have implemented a number of extra steps in accordance with the latest expert advice, including ensuring all our care workers have and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, eyewear, aprons and gloves.
Home Care
We provide a full range of domiciliary care services for adults. We work with you to design your personal home care plan. This can range from a 30-minute care and support visit through to live-in support.
Perhaps the single most important thing that we do is to provide you with a little help that allows you to continue to live independently in the home you love.To this end, our priority is to provide you with a service that delights you, meets your needs, respects your wishes, promotes your independence and respects your dignity.
Childrens Services
At Caremark Thanet we can now provide care for children as well as adults. Our experienced and professional team will come and assess your loved ones emotional and social needs free of charge. If you have any queries please enquire within.
