Q&As

I have been in the care industry for over 21 years, working my way up from carer to Registered Manager & have loved everything about it.
The fact that you make a difference to people's lives, whether providing company and a chat or physical and mental support & stimulation is something you can only get from this job.
Every day is different, challenging and yet fulfilling.
Job satisfaction guaranteed.

Caremark Bournemouth are a small, friendly team that love what they do.
Every challenge is met with possible solutions, every day met with a smile.
Quite simply, we all love what we do & undertake it with enthusiasm, commitment & quality of care.

All staff are completing LFD tests twice weekly, daily if caring for clients that are positive.
PPE is worn when undertaking personal care - gloves, aprons, masks or shields & shoe coverings if required.
Hand gel is used between tasks & clients as well as frequent hand washing.
