What do you love most about your job?
As a company, we pride ourselves in working as a team to get give the service that our clients deserve each and every time. Our team work is two-fold, ensuring the team within Care2Touch work together to deliver the best care & secondly working as a team together with our clients to deliver a good service. Happy clients is what we love the most because then it means that we have achieved what we set out to do, which is deliver top service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having had years of experience in the care sector, we have seen where there has been failings and felt we wanted to be at the forefront of ensuring quality care is given each and every time. We also wanted to develop and inspire people to continue to support people within our community and give back to others.

We personalise our packages to ensure that they suit your client. In addition to this we will always have your clients are the forefront of everything we do.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our members of staff are given Covid-19 training, which they have to keep up to date with. When our staff are on calls (visiting clients), they wear mandatory PPE (mask, gloves aprons). PPE is always disposed of at that visit and then new PPE is put on by our staff at the next client's residence. Staff must also sanitise their hands before and after each visit.
Domiciliary, home care and residential care.
We provide quality care to our clients in their homes. We support clients with meals, personal care, medication and companionship.
