I found the care staff at Care Staffing Ltd to be very compassionate, courteous and knowledgeable while looking after a family member with dementia. Nothing seems as too much trouble. They are very helpful and responsive; giving the right advice and arranging interventions from relevant professionals. Working with Care Staffing was a real relief and peace of mind.
I cannot praise them enough for their ability to provide additional care visits even at a very short notice.

this company should never be able to call them selves a care company there is no care involved the carers are rude and treat there clients like there stupid. they take away the clients rights to have a choice i was shocked how my mam was treated and then be told we should be thankful that they rang an ambulance for my mother when she was sick even though she has a dnr that says no medical treatment or intervention we should be thank full SHOCKING More...

This care company used to be amazing when we first had them, but since getting new managers the company is gone down hill, I’ve had medication errors, care plans not being followed, breach of confidentiality, staff are rude, staff have no idea what they are doing it took them over a year to lean which bin to use, as every night I was bin diving getting ppe and dirty pads out recycle bin. My mum has lost all bottom teeth due to gum infection caused by lack of personal care, beds are never changed have to do it myself. House left untidy by carer staff. My mums legs were not creamed or lymphdema stockings were not changed for 5 days. Fortisips not given for 2 days .Complaints go in nothing is ever done, in the end safe guardings has gone in. They claim for their time but never do the time. I would not recommend this company at all. When I gave them 14 days not i got told to find another care company as quick as possible as they no longer want to do my mum as care staff are scared of me, I hardly see care staff and the ones I met don’t have a problem with me, it’s all down to bad management and not wanting to face up to mistakes.
