How long have you been in business?
nearly 1 year we work with Stoke on Trent council who we have a contract with to provide care
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
all staff carry ppe we don't provide cleaning products but this could be arranged if needed
What do you love most about your job?
In many jobs, it’s surprisingly difficult to put your finger on the specific difference you made. But in care the difference is immediately clear.
It’s clear in terms of the practical results you achieved – helping someone get dressed, wash or cook a meal – but it’s also clear in the effect you have on the people you care for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by the thought of making a real difference in this sector and I knew this could only be done by running my own business.
After the passing away of my mother and father several years ago, I knew the rewards of helping those who needed care. With this sector having such a high demand, the thought of there being people out there with no one to care for them does not sit right with me. This personal experience of caring my own mother and father has motivated me to help others.

Our philosophy is centred around getting the little things right for your loved ones – sticking to their well-established routines and their house rules really does allow them to maintain their independence.
We spend time getting to know our clients as individuals, so that we can build strong relationships and understand what makes them happy.
We aim to provide the highest standard of care with staff that are friendly, knowledgable and quick to respond.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
we follow all government policy's from ppe to having the covid injections all our staff have been trained and follow the government procedures
Domiciliary Care
We provide people with professional care in their own homes, helping them to maintain independence and quality of life. Everyone is different and so the level and amount of care can vary, depending on the needs of the service user.
