When it comes to care, we respect that everyone is different and people’s needs are unique to their circumstances. We meticulously note every tiny detail of an individual’s requirements allowing us to shape every element of our service to the individual and their families needing care and support.

Our care is completely person-centred for every client. For example, some individuals are really independent at home but need assistance with grocery shopping, or need to be taken to their hospital appointment and other clients would need complete in-home support from personal care to cooking meals.

Carefully vetted Carers
All of our carers are fully trained and vetted professionals whose aim is to provide the highest-quality domiciliary care. You can rest assured that you or your loved one will always receive expert care in a sensitive manner from one of our specialist carers. As a care provider we can provide support and guidance with personal hygiene, cooking, housekeeping, companionship, shopping and keeping a daily routine.

Our Ethos
Our ethos is to look after each of our clients respectfully with the same level of care and attention as if they were a member of our own family. We are a provider that understands and accepts everyone’s needs are different. Therefore, we can provide a free initial home visit. This is very convenient, as you can talk to our experienced team before we begin any service

Client Match with Carer
We believe it’s important to find a good match between the caregiver and the client. During an initial assessment, we take the time to learn more about the client’s hobbies, interests, values, desires and needs. We then do our best to identify the carer with the personality, skills and experience that will help a client feel happiest at home. You will then meet the Carer as an initial introduction, so you can feel assured that you know them before they start any support.

Your Carer, your choice
We understand that inviting a stranger into your home can be accompanied by feelings of hesitation and fear. You may worry that you won’t get along or that there won’t be a good connection. These are valid concerns, however, we want to assure you that you stay in control. If a caregiver-client relationship isn’t working out the way you hoped, it’s completely possible to change caregiver. Our team will provide handover notes to ensure continuity of care during the transition. As always, the satisfaction of our employees and clients remains our number one priority
