Very happy with this company. Carers are all nice and very obliging. Nothing is too much of an ask and they make me feel very comfortable. They provide not only physical care but help me with any other jobs and tasks I need them to do. I look forward to my carers coming to visit me, even just for the good conversations and the laughs that we have. This company is also really good for fitting around my hospital appointments. Care Confidence do everything they say they will when they say they will and that consistency is key. They stay in good communication with me and I like the visit updates I get via the app - crucial as I can't travel because of lockdown. They treat my dad with respect and manage his care well. Alex has tailored my dad's care package to include a late nightime call which is what I was struggling to find.

What do you love most about your job?
The best thing is seeing people happy living in their own homes for longer. When we can help achieve this and see how positive this can be, that gives us the best feeling in the world to know were making a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Alex was inspired to start the company due to his own personal experience when his father, Arthur, developed vascular dementia and his mother, Sue, became a full-time care giver. Sue didn’t want strangers coming into their home every day to care for her husband, she felt no one could care for Arthur as well as she could which is when Alex saw an opportunity in front of him where he could combine his knowledge from 15 years experience in the care industry, his qualification as a registered nurse and his own experience with his dad to create a home care provider that would not only deliver the highest quality care at home but also instilled trust and confidence in its clients, as if they were being cared for by a family member.

Due to our own personal experiences, we strive to provide the best quality home care on every visit for every client. We look after the person as a whole, providing not just the basics of care but making sure the client has every opportunity of a happy independent life at home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff are fully vaccinated and all staff wear full PPE which includes mask, gloves and Aprons to help keep our clients safe.

Dementia care
Our service is owned and run by dementia specialist qualified Nurse. This means we have the knowledge and the Experience to provide the best possible care to our clients who suffer from dementia. Our bespoke packages could be built around reminiscing to help maintain cognitive skills, or work with families to help to help our clients feel and stay safe in their own homes. Our Care Specialists also wear Yellow which is known to boost mood in dementia.
Personal care
Personal care is exactly that. Personal. We work with our clients and their families, to produce personal care Plans that help each individual maintain their independence and dignity. For example we take into account personal wishes, Gender preferences, life experiences, and any other factors that may affect how someone feels when being assisted with personal care. Through this we can help our clients feel there most comfortable, where they should feel most comfortable. In their own home.
