What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been in the care industry since 2002. It’s a passion to look after people.

Looking after people is at the heart of what we do. Our staff are well trained, competent, kind and reliable .
Our service to our clients is of high standard as we always deliver care which is person centred (tailored to suit every individual)
We’ve been assessed by the CQC and been approved to provide personal care to our clients.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We stay up to date with the COVID guidance.
Our staff are vaccinated. We continue to wear protective equipment to prevent spread of Covid and any other infections from our staff to clients and vice versa.
Domiciliary care.
Our highly experienced, kind and caring staff can come to your home to assist you with activities of daily living in the comfort of your own home.
This can be done at the times of day which suit you and on your preferred days.
This includes night shifts (waking or sit in) or day sit ins.
Our services also include assistance with shopping or taking clients for appointments.
We also have staff who hold full UK drivers license and able to drive disability vehicles specific for wheelchair users.
Live in care
We supply highly experienced caring and compassionate live in carers to help you stay safe and enjoy good quality of life in the comfort of your own home.
Respite care
We have accommodation of high quality for Respite care to allow your loved ones a break but allowing yourself to remain well cared for in a safe and healthy environment.
Our respite homes are in Stoke-on Trent and Newcastle Underlyme.
Supported living
We have capacity to provide supported living accommodation for persons 18years and over.
Our service ensures high standards of care in all avenues of support including; learning disabilities, Mental Health and challenging behaviours. As a multidisciplinary team our service users' needs are always at the heart of the work we do along with involvement and support of their families and carers. We emphasise on our commitment in developing good health, well being and positive lifestyles for our clients, in order for them to achieve their full potential in life within their communities.
