We tailor all our services towards your particular needs and goals. We, therefore, ensure that we have the right tools and materials for the job. Whilst we provide our own equipment and supplies, we are equally happy to use any equipment and supplies you prefer.

We understand that our job is not to take over your life, but simply to give you a helping hand with any challenges that may be getting in the way of your personal goals. As such, we only provide you with carers that you have personally approved and after agreeing on a care plan that is tailored to your individual needs.

As we grow older, there are very few of us who can get by without some kind of outside help or support. Whilst others turn to care homes for that support, we know how important it is to remain living in the familiar surroundings of your home, your community, amongst your lifetime memories, and with feelings of comfort, independence and security. We, therefore built Care4You Direct with one purpose – to help others live a happier, healthier and independent lives at home.

We understand that to live a healthy, happy and good quality life isn't only about receiving specialised care, but also about companionship and socialising. Our domestic and social support work means we are available to talk to you or accompany you on social events, meeting friends, visiting loved ones or simply running errands with you or on your behalf.

We have been rated as GOOD by the care Quality Commission and have been awarded the S.A.F.E badge by Autumna for our attention to Covid-19 and following other safe approaches to work. All our carers are trained on and adhere strictly to our CQC approved Covid-19 policy and procedures. We also provide each carer with the necessary personal protective equipment.
