Since joining care and carers in June this year I have finally realised what a working family really is…..the team have been so helpful and amazing with every step…from my induction to getting me in the community I can finally say after being in the care industry for 9 years that I feel appreciated and respected for the job that I do. Everyone is super supportive and nothing is ever to much for them. At the end of my day I can actually say I go home smiling knowing I’ve done my best and made a difference to someone else’s life whether it’s big or small.
