The Gentlemen from CapCool were genuinely EXCEPTIONAL and surpassed my (high!) expectations. I was told that installing air conditioning in my apartment was challenging/impossible but Farhan found the solutions and made it possible and executed everything with care and professionalism at a competitive price - better than any other quotes that I received in the area. In one day, they had two smart, white, Mitsubishi units up and running and even brought a vacuum cleaner to tidy up afterwards. My apartment has floor to ceiling windows and becomes a green house whenever the sun comes out so I'm super thankful that Farhan and his team successfully delivered. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. They fitted an air con unit in our bedroom which is on the third floor and they were extremely professional from start to finish. They offered lots of help and guidance on the unit type, size and position even before the job was booked, and then on the day of the installation they made further recommendations that ultimately meant more work for them but a better result for us. They expected to be finished by mid afternoon but due to several complications (and their unflagging commitment to a quality finish no doubt) the work ended up taking a lot longer than expected and they were still going strong at 7pm on a Friday evening! We are extremely happy with the result, and I will definitely be recommending Capcool to anyone who listens.
