How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 2 years and CQC registered for nearly a year now.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, if needed. If client has a preference for cleaning products, we are happy to use theirs, as long as they are not hazardous.
We provide all the necessary PPE for both care and cleaning clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The stressful experiences of clients and employees from our previous employers. We want to ensure we provide a fair and stress free environment for both parties.
Why should our clients choose you?
We aim to work differently from other care and cleaning companies. Although this is a business, it is more about the people than the profits.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a covid-19 policy in place that guides our staff on actions to take on suspecting Covid. Additionally, we continue to advise vaccination to our staff, although not mandatory.
Domiciliary care and support
We provide: Personal care, light cleaning, shopping and medication collection and other activities of daily living.
We also provide temporary care, cleaning and kitchen staffing to care homes in our local area.
Live-In Care
We will support people in their own homes providing :Personal care, light cleaning, shopping and medication collection and administration and other activities of daily living.
