I wanted to bring my own philosophy and techniques to people. It is important to be able to deliver a service tailored to clients needs.

We offer a person-centred approach using Transactional Analysis theory and practice to facilitate change. We empower the Coachee to live autonomously.

Yes we offer a full online service via Zoom. We have created techniques to make the online space safe, warm and engaging.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer a fully online service and also outdoor sessions. As an organisation we have fully adopted remote working meaning we can work with clients around the world.

I use a Transactional Analysis approach to examining behaviours, thoughts and feelings to identify the positives and re-decide on old beliefs that no longer apply in the present.
