Went for a no deposit option back in 2019 Mathew stated we can do a no deposit option and pay it over 6 months totalling £875pm then after the 6 months had ended it dropped too £750, now that I've handed in my notice he is saying that I am on a deposit replacement insurance if I had known this I would have done my research on it because that is how I am. also when I moved in the bed slabs were broken, mold was starting to develop where the air vents are which is health hazard which I've had to paint over as there was marks on the walls the paint was discolored, I've had to replace the shower head and the shower pipe. There is a moths nest in the lounge area which has been going on in the spring/summer only for the past 2-3 years. This now in the small claims court and in the process of a default Judgment as he has failed to contribute with the court. More...

Moved out of the property in February. Have been waiting to receive my deposit since then despite the fact that the contract we signed explicitly stated that the tenant receives their deposit 1-10 days after moving out. Sent a thousand of e-mails and text messages to the Agent and called their office twice only to receive no answer most of the times. The agent even hanged up the phone on me twice once he recognised me. Absolutely ridiculous. You could at least let me know the reasons I won't get my deposit (e.g damages to the property, which is highly unlikely since I left the room in excellent condition).
