After an abysmal service from a mortgage advisor who works for another company, my brother reached out to josh from Callander mortgage solutions. He had been told by the previous company that the only way he could get the mortgage he required was if he paid a 30k deposit instead of a 15k deposit which he did not have so was distraught. Josh sorted out the issue for him late evening without a problem and the following day he was back on the property ladder. Honestly I can't recommend these guys enough! Any young first time buyers (or anyone in general), I implore you to go with Callander Mortgage Solutions. I completed on 28/07/2021 and I cannot thank Josh enough for all his help and support in helping me find a suitable mortgage & life insurance. As a young first time buyer, I had very little knowledge of mortgages, except for the stuff I had read up on. Josh was amazing at going through the options with me, making sure I understood everything. He responded to my emails in a timely manner, always got back to me if I had any questions, provided reassurance, had excellent communication with me, and frankly Josh went above and beyond to help me. Great service from Josh who reviewed my life cover. It was only took out just over a year ago and due to a change in circumstances it wasn’t now fit for purpose, but the previous advisor had tied it to my mortgage where I couldn’t change it! - won’t be doing that again.
