It was an absolute pleasure having Scott install an aircon unit in our bedroom. He was very polite and reasonable on his site visit and quoted us a decent price which was clearly itemised for us. He also explained all our options clearly and managed our expectations for installation day. On the day, he turned up on time and did exactly what he explained he would do.
