I started my Psychology journey in 2004 and have a degree in Psychology, Masters in Health Psychology, Doctorate in Health Psychology, and PhD in Health Psychology.

I currently work supporting people with difficulties around bereavement, grief, burnout, fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression and other difficulties. I have a wealth of experience working with patients who have long term health conditions such as epilepsy, arthritis, Behcets and diabetes.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £90. It would be typical for clients to need around 6 sessions but for complex issues we could need up to 12. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. All sessions are online or on the phone, and I am available weekdays, evenings and weekends with prior notice.

I am a Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Health) with the BPS, and HCPC. I would utilitise CBT, ACT and compassion focused therapeutic skills in our sessions.
