Hi Sara. Granted I did leave the site on the first day to respond to an emergency with another customer and I apologise for this. Unfortunately after a conversation with your husband the night before I was due to return, I was not happy with the way he spoke to me. I'm also disappointed that you claim there was "zero contact" when I left you a voicemail on your phone number detailing the reason I would not be returning, so this claim seems a little malicious in nature. I wish you the best of luck with your property renovations.
