We contacted Andrew regarding an extension on our newly purchased property as well as a full renovation (incl. kitchen, floors and 2 bathrooms).
From the first meeting, we were impressed with his transparent approach to costs and his honesty.
He took time to draw a few options as I was quite indecisive and never pressured us into a decision.
We proceeded with his full service (Phase 1 to 5) and couldn’t be happier with the results, but also with the constant communication throughout and how he managed the different trades during the construction phase.
It’s safe to say without Andrew we would have ended up spending a lot more and the project would have taken a lot longer. His experience and transparent approach meant we ended up staying in budget and within timeframe.

My favourite part of my job is meeting new people and sharing new ideas. Ultimately our goal is to take a vision through to a final product - which brings me joy to see unfold.

The renovation world is broken, and I believe our service takes the steps towards fixing it.

Following an initial meeting or two and a survey, the early phases are all completed remotely. Until the site work begins!
Phase 1: Design and planning
We start with a meet up in order to offer an estimate for the works.
We design and develop your vision and handle planning applications.
We ensure compliance with building regulations for your home extension.
Phase 2: Finish Specification
We focus on the exciting details, such as selecting finishes for your kitchens, wet rooms, flooring and more.
Phase 3: Construction Coordination
We focus on the tender process to firm up your estimate.
We provide on-site project management closely monitoring progress, material selecting, sourcing and ordering, and valuations and payments, to ensure a smooth construction experience.
