How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The walls must be two walls thick with a cavity or have sufficient room available to build another wall to create a cavity.
The height of the ceiling must be within or more than the height stated in the regulations
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
The first job is to get planning permission from the local council (if required)
Next the garage needs to be surveyed to make sure the structure is suitable or not.
Once everything is checked and is suitable plans need to be drawn up to the clients specification in order to be given an accurate estimate.

I have been a registered sole trader since 2010 as a builder and during that time I have acquired new skills

All of my work is guaranteed for 25 years (that is life in the building trade)

I love the sense of satisfaction i get when I finish a job and see the look of happiness on my clients face with a smile from ear to ear
What inspired you to start your own business?
Not to sound too arrogant but I hated working for a company for a menial wage when I can do it all myself and line my own pockets for a better life for my family

I don't expect to be chosen by what people read. I believe they should make a decision by inviting me to quote for the work and speaking to them face to face because it inspires confidence for both parties
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always ask my customers before meeting if i would be required to wear the appropriate ppe for covid
