I booked an appointment and paid a deposit of £10, I called the salon several times and left a message, they did not call back or answer. I cancelled online within the cancellation period and they didn't return my deposit still. I then messaged on instragram and when they finally answered was past my appointment time and said they would do a manual return and asked for card details over instragram. I didn't get what I asked for my hair looks no different even after explaining and showing images of what I wanted . I also got charged extra for curling my hair this was not told or explained that this would be an additional cost and when messaging the salon and Georgia I'm being ignored there happy to take alot of money but not solve or offer anything back

I cannot thank Emma enough for my hair! She gave me exactly what I wanted and more. The blending was amazing and I cannot wait to rebook in with her. She made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole appointment and seems like a credit to the team. The salon overal is lovely and has a really nice feel to it that makes you feel very comfortable. First time in the salon and couldn’t of been happier, Lori was absolutely fantastic and so nice! So happy with my cut and blow-dry, she went the extra mile to make sure my birthday hair was beautiful! I will definitely be back again :)

Completed a training course with Holly, & have now had my hair coloured by her. Well what can I say, I was blown away with her teaching, she made such a effort to every detail. The course was so thorough and exceeded my expectations. After this I then returned to Holly to have my hair coloured and I am over the moon with the results, she completely transformed my hair, I have gained so much confidence from the service she gave me, I have never received so many compliments, but not only that she uplifted me during the appointment. I booked a makeup slot with Georgina and paid for it. It was for a special occasion (my bridal shower) and on the day of the event she messaged me two hours before cancelling because she was pregnant and feeling unwell. A mutual friend then told me that she had been out the night before and was hungover which is why she cancelled. Fast forward 5 months later and surprise surprise no baby. I booked for a balyage and cut 2 months for my holiday to Japan with Suzi, originally I had a 10.10am appointment. However, as I was starting a new job I requested if I can reschedule for another date. This wasn't possible so I said to keep the appointment but it was taken already. So she rescheduled me for 9am that same day.Google maps estimated the travel time would be approx 40mins but due to traffic it took me an hour to get there and I arrived 15 mins late (9.15am).Outcome:Suzi tried her best to rearrange my appointment with some one else as this would mean it would affect her next appointment. I said if it was possible then great if not then not to worry as it was my fault being late. In the end Molly started my hair around 10.30am and finished sometime after 11am as she had another client booked in for that time... I've added a picture for reference of the outcome of my hair. The pics wer taken a few days after, but it looks like... I paid £155 for my hair to be blended/balyage before my holiday but have ended up with three blocks of colours in my hair, some parts with two blocks.. Treatment:Molly applied bleach to my hair without any foils and weaved some chunks on the top part of my hair. Not sure what happened to the bottom half. Towels were limited there so when they washed my hair, they dried my hair with the used towel from the previous client that had her hair washed next to me. When cutting my hair she didn't put something around me to protect my clothing so I was covered in hair. I left the salon approximately around 2.30pm. I tried to rectify this with the girls but I'm not sure if the message didn't get relayed or just ignored. These girls are self employed and I've come to realise they lack serious work ethics when it comes to bookings and quality. More...

I originally wanted my hair done by Suzi but it was such a drama getting an appointment, I went with another hairdresser at By Georgina. Suzi is fully booked for months and you can’t even book in advance as it is previous clients who take priority.Anyway I came to get my hair done and was left waiting for over half an hour from my appointment time, which wasn’t great. I wasn’t offered a drink and the salon chat in my opinion is not very professional amongst the staff. I then went to use the toilet and the absolute filth of the toilet made me walk out. The sink was thick and covered in dust, the sink also barely worked. Towels were stained and filthy, as were the skirting boards. Considering there are so many staff, I’m surprised a cleaning rota isn’t in place.In regards to the actual hair dressing and make up, I’m sure they are all very talented. But if you are spending £150 on a cut, colour and blow dry you expect better time keeping and a cleaner salon. More...

Not sure how this salon could be slated, been here three times now and every experience is great. Staff are so friendly and chatty. Always ask if i want a refreshment (which i always appreciate if I'm spending a few hours in there). Honestly the best salon I’ve ever been too, Suzi is the definition of a miracle worker. She took my hair from a copper colour to a gorgeous beige blonde and and I can’t wait to come back again soon to have her extremely talented hands work her magic again. She was the loveliest person I’ve ever met, so friendly and chatty and all the other girls make you feel so at ease and welcomed.
