I have used Buzz Maids End of Tenancy Cleaning Service which was a very bad experience. Very poor cleaning, when I complained about it they send other cleaners the next day whom I met and showed them the dirty areas that should be adequately cleaned, but they spent 20 mins without resolving any of the issues I raised. I spent a couple of hours cleaning the most dirty areas myself as they said they did their best and dirt cannot be removed. If you want a proper cleaning, I would suggest that you better look for another cleaning service. More...

We had arranged for an end of tenancy clean in Basingstoke today. They were due to arrive at 1:30pm and had quoted my partner £190 for the work.
At 1:42pm they called my partner to say that they would be a "little late" as they were at a job in Oxford, and as a result the earliest they could arrive was 3pm. After the call, my partner asked via text if there would be any discount, and was told that they were "looking into it".
The next contact was at 3:06pm, asking if we could be at the property in about 10 minutes or so. Upon arrival at the property, two men came into the block of flats with us while we enquired about the discount that their colleague was "looking into". They had a brief phone call before saying that they could not offer a discount (despite it being almost two hours late due to their own planning/booking and no fault of ours), before changing their story to state that my partner had already received a discount (for reasons unknown) and that the quote would normally be £250. My partner had had no knowledge of this "discount" and we said to them that unless they offered a discount on the £190 charge due to them being almost two hours late, we would be looking to book with someone else. They offered us £10, which we turned down as it was basically nothing, and the conversation ended. We went upstairs to my partner's flat, while they went outside to their car.
A few moments later, they let themselves back into the block of flats (they must have left the front door open as there is a code required that they did not have) and came back up to my partner's flat, knocking on the door aggressively and repeatedly calling her phone for the next 10-15 minutes despite receiving no answer - they were two large, fully grown men being aggressive, and my partner is a petite woman, so she was understandably fearful and anxious in this moment.
They eventually went back outside, albeit hanging around the front of the building and ringing the flat's buzzer before eventually driving off.
No money was exchanged because no service was given, but I would strongly suggest that people do not use this cleaning service as they were unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and their behaviour was absolutely disgusting.

We were very poorly let down by BuzzMaids, on a day when new tenants were moving in and when we were unable to make any alternative arrangements due to it being a weekend.
We booked BuzzMaids for an end-of-tenancy clean, several months in advance. Having been let down by a previous cleaning company, we telephoned Noreen a couple of weeks before the scheduled clean to make sure that our 09:00am booking was still going ahead. She understood our concerns, and duly marked our booking on her system as "important" for us.
On the day of the clean (a Saturday), BuzzMaids had still not shown up 20 minutes after the expected arrival time. I telephoned the mobile number for Asad (the manager), as I was not sure their main office would be open on a Saturday. I was informed that one of their cleaning team had tested positive for Covid and so they had to put a whole cleaning team into quarantine. This is the summer of 2022, when lockdowns and quarantines are a thing of the past. He then said they would get a team to us around 03:00pm - 03:30pm.
In disbelief, I attempted to telephone Noreen on their main number, but got through to another lady who confirmed that our booked was marked as "important" on their system, but that she would need to phone around to find out what was going on with our booking. She said she would phone me back.
I then had to telephone her back a further 20 minutes later to find out what was going on, only to be given the same story that Asad had given me. I told her our concerns that we had tenants moving in later that day, and that we needed to be sure that they were actually going to turn up.
A full hour after the expected arrival time of the cleaners, we were told that our booking could not go ahead.
BuzzMaids did not bother to telephone us to let us know that there were problems with our booking - we had to do all the chasing to find out what was going on. Having our booking marked as "important" on their system made no difference whatsoever. We were left with a 4-bedroom house that needed cleaning only hours before new tenants moved in, on a weekend when we could not make alternative arrangements. In the end, we had to rally family members together, to which we happily paid the BuzzMaids fee.
We have absolutely no faith in BuzzMaids following our experience, and would strongly warn other landlords to look elsewhere.

Do not use this company. I have been requesting a refund from them for the last week and they’ve blocked my number and wont answer my emails. They demanded that they be paid otherwise they couldn’t leave my property. I had to re clean the property as it wasn’t liveable. They didn’t clean the bathrooms, kitchen and I had to call them out again to clean which ended up being me telling them how to clean…they’re the cleaning company. Overall cleaning was pretty standard. On the day of cleaning showed up with more than 4h of delay. The carpet cleaning is non-existent and oven cleaning is of very poor quality. After spending 270 pounds, the agency charged up another 130 pounds for carpet and oven re-cleaning! They say the offer a 72H re-cleaning guarantee, it's a lie as after several attempts to contact them they have completely disappeared. I would NOT recommend this company and I would avoid 100%. wish I had seen these recent reviews when I booked. The overall clean was pretty good but the carpets didn't even look like they had been done. I'm out of pocked GBP150 as our rental agency had to get somebody else in to do it properly. Have left messages, emailed many times and just no responses apart from - sorry for your feedback, somebody from management will get back to you. HAHA what a joke More...

What a joke none of the stains in the carpet came out. I had to ask the cleaner to reclean the bathroom tiles as he hadn’t bothered and they destroyed my oven tray by leaving it in the oven when they cleaned it with their chemicals.
I have contacted them several times and emailed and told a manager would be in touch but he is ignoring me. I managed to get his direct mobile number given to me by a member of staff in the office and he picked up and desperately tried to

Absolute rubbish. DO NOT USE!
BuzzMaids were supposed to clean only 1 room in my house as I was leaving but failed to show up on the day that was scheduled.
I had to take a day off work because of this and they just failed to show or even pick up the phone on the countless times I tired to ring. They eventually answered and gave a very dishonest excuse as to why they didn't come. I arranged for them to come a few days later which they agreed but again failed to show up which left me waiting around for the whole day and eventually having to ask for a refund (Which I do not know if they'll even give me back) and having to go with another cleaner.
Waste of time and money. Do not use!

On the day of the clean, they arrived late even though I asked many times to be on time, we were told it was due to traffic, reading the reviews, seems that is the excuse they always used.
When they arrived, they asked me for more money than the quote they already gave because they thought the apartment was smaller!!! As I was in a rush because new tenants were coming, I said I will pay it.
I came back when they were done to check, it was clear that almost nothing had been done, the floor hadn’t even been hoovered, it was a disaster, dust everywhere, they just cleaned a bit the kitchen and the bathroom but not deeply.
The carpet that was meant to be clean professionally was so dirty, was looking that they passed the machine without even hoovering.
I said to the guys that I was not happy to pay as I was not happy with the service, they were 3 guys and to be honest I just paid because I felt intimidated, I complained to the office to have a refund a sent some pictures but not refund at all.
Extremely disappointed.

Worst cleaning service I’ve ever used, they’re a joke, not professional, they have no clue how to clean.
I requested and EOT service for a 1 bedroom flat.
They arrived late even though I asked many times to be on time.
When they arrived they asked me for more money than the quote they already gave because they thought the apartment was smaller (?!?!).
When they finished it was a disaster, dust everywhere, they just cleaned a bit the kitchen and the bathroom but not deeply.
The carpet was full of dust and hair they did not vacuum.
I complained to them but they would not give a refund.
