Services

Person-centred compassionate and non-judgemental listening, talking and acceptance. Share your problems, experiences and talk to someone in a safe and positive space over the telephone or at your own home or via skype. I have a degree in Psychology and have studied counselling within this. Gain support, empathy and acceptance, empowerment and assistance to find your own route forward. This may mean looking back into the past if you need to heal from there, your relationships, if you need to heal from these and any difficulties that you may be having in the present. Make a space for healing and talking about whatever you feel you need to talk about. Be able to explore your feelings. All sessions are confidential and you can share your experiences or talk about difficult events whether in the past or the present and what emotions you are feeling or have felt in the past. To help you understand more, increase awareness of patterns of repeated behaviours, cope and feel better, gain emotional support and feel empowered to find a way forward.

This service is for adults and could be for anything you feel you need to talk about including coping with anxiety, fears, shyness, confidence, bereavement, self-esteem, trauma, illness, relationships, work related stress, loneliness and general life events, if it matters to you, it matters, you are important.

You don’t need to be in the middle of a crisis, you can talk to someone without having any major problem, it is good to talk to someone who listens, a neutral person as a means to maintain your wellbeing, as an investment in your emotional and mental health or with an intention for self- reflexion and growth. Even if you have friends to talk to, sharing how you feel with someone neutal can help.

1. Cats (for dogs please see below)
I provide cat and house sitting. I am an experienced cat carer and housesitter with 5* reviews on Trusted Housesitters. Please enquire for prices. I also look after other small animals and fish. Whilst at your home, I spend time with your pets, to make sure they are happy, safe and well cared for. All cats are individuals and have their own personalities, likes and dislikes and I am very good with cats that are not very confident and those that need time to get to know you. Based in South Yorkshire, I am available to care for your pets in many areas of the UK. Usually with a minimum of a week stay. https://sheilacaringforcats.wordpress.com/
