Just had afternoon tea here...what a lovely experience ....staff were attentive and incredibly helpful...couldn't do enough for us!
Had 3 small children with us too (4-6year olds) and we were made so so welcome beautiful gardens for them to run around in after the beautiful cakes! ....Will definitely return....thankyou to all the staff on duty today...Suzanne and family �

We attended a beautiful wedding here on Friday. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Everything was perfect. I'm the awkward guest who needs to have a dairy and wheat free diet - and the food was amazing, and so discrete. Outstanding service. The hotel and grounds are beautiful but the staff let the hotel down, my husband asked the reception if somebody could wipe the tables down in the garden because they were dirty and nobody bothered they were still dirty the next day. Also we ordered 2 coffees and waited 20 minutes for them but they gave to us free of charge just think the staff need to pay a bit more attention to detail. More...

We booked the residential Christmas package for our family and were not disappointed. The food was fantastic, staff were very helpful and rooms were beautifully decorated.
Unfortunately the hotel was very hot and we all slept quite poorly on the first night, especially because there was a loud buzzing outside our window but the staff were very appologetic and changed our room (upgraded) so that we got a much better night's sleep on the second night.
The facilities were lovely, and we particularly enjoyed using the swimming pool and jacuzzi which were very quiet every time we visited.
We were an all adult party and were particularly impressed with how they separated the children from the adults. Although there were clearly a lot of children around and having fun they were very self contatined in their own areas and didn't bother us at all!
Thank you to the staff who worked hard over the Christmas period. I would definitely recommend a Christmas here!

On arrival we had to wait almost 20 mins to book in as one weddding party was leaving with our wedding party arriving. This was because only one member of staff was on reception. They finally switched on and boom we are moving. Thankfully the poor start was the only issue of the whole weekend. Great service throughout, great food and a good room. The staff are very polite and accommodating as nothing seemed to much of a trouble. The food was simply outstanding. We did not use the leisure facilities but would defo stay again so maybe next time. Thank you for an excellent weekend as i know the Bride and Groom were equally as impressed by what was provided for their special day. More...

Had a fab time here ,staff very good , had to wait for service occasionally at bar , when staff disappeared. Need to be more attentive and observant, when you pay £120 a night for a standard room you shouldn’t have to wait for coffee at breakfast, Desk service was excellent. Room and bed comfortable. Had a brilliant 2 night stay, stayed in the Clifton Brown Suite for my wedding. 1st night I stayed with the bridesmaids so we could get ready in the morning and the 2nd night with the husband.
There was a lovely towel display and rose petals, I was going to take picture, but my husband pulled the towels off the bed.
I would like to thank Sarah for helping us put the wedding together and getting the venue set up for us and for bringing my spare shoes over and helping me put them on, as with a big dress it's pretty hard to change your shoes. I would like to thank Charles he is such a happy character, very good with announcements, he always checked with me regarding timings of the evening as we were ahead of time, he is a credit to this hotel. I have left some chocolate wedding favours for the staff. Thank you for a brilliant stay

We had our wedding here on 29th December (possibly the wedding that invaded the lady in the reviews below...oops) and it was fantastic. If you're considering Burnham Beeches as your venue, I'd highly recommend it. Sarah Hoggarth, the Wedding & Events Coordinator at the hotel is brilliant. She's super calm and organised but still with a great sense of humour and really put us at a ease. The whole day went really smoothly, the food was delicious (even for 140 people), all the staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely and all our guests seemed really happy with their rooms. It's also almost worth having your wedding here just for the beautiful Clifton Brown bridal suite. I stayed there the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids and it was THE perfect setting for the 'getting ready' photos in the morning. On the night of the wedding the hotel decorated the room for me and my husband and it was really sweet. Thanks so much to everyone at Burnham Beeches, especially Sarah, for making our day so special. I Cannot recommend this venue enough! Had my wedding here and from the moment I showed interest in the place they were fantastic.
Sarah the wedding coordinator was brilliant! She did everything I asked and answered every question I asked (no matter how annoying I must have been!).
The staff were also very polite and brilliant! I wish I could do my day all over again! They made mine, my husband and our guests day one of the best we have had!

We had afternoon tea today and it was the best I have ever had. Lovely sandwiches on a variety of breads and heavenly cakes. We arrived earlier than our reservation time as we changed our plans because of the heat but this wasn't a problem for them. We were sat in cool area and given lots of iced water as well as tea or coffee. The staff gave us exceptional service and were attentive as well as humorous. The overall ambience was extremely relaxing, especially after a fast paced weekend at Brands Hatch. This was experience I will definitely be doing again More...
