I did both pregnancy and Mum and Baby pilates with Alice. Both have been fantastic. She is really friendly and approachable. The classes are the right mix of challenging and fun. In pregnancy I had alot of back pain and this really helped. After delivery it has really helped strengthen my upper back and arms and retone my core. couldnt recommend more, its fab! More...

Pregnancy Pilates were really good, I enjoyed going and I think going to the classes helped a lot during and after labour. Alice is a lovely friendly person and I felt confident to ask her questions and her advice. I highly recommend her pregnancy pilates classes More...

I had pelvis issues with the birth of my first child. When I fell pregnant for the second time I started Alices pregnancy Pilates class to help strengthen my core and protect my pelvis. I am now 15 weeks postnatal & attend the Mum & baby classes. So far no pelvis issues & I truly believe it’s this class that has helped. Alice is very knowledgeable & I would highly recommend her classes. Hoping to progress to hiit & advance classes by the end of the year. More...

I've been going to Alice's classes for 3 years. I started when pregnant with my second child and carried on in to her post-pregnancy class, and now advanced class. I can't recommend Alice enough. Her classes are challenging but there are always different levels to aim for! They are always one of the highlights of my week. More...

I have been going to Alice’s classes since the birth of my first daughter over 3 years ago and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s friendly and warm but a serious task master professionally! She knows her stuff and exactly how to get you working the bits of you that take the biggest hit before and after having children! 2 children later, I now attend her advanced class. It’s my weekly escape and is like a good session at a physio/ osteo! I feel thoroughly stretched and relaxed (and usually exhausted!) even after having been bent double over small people all day long. More...
