I had Bryco replace ALL of my 74 year old drainage lines on my sinks, toilets, showers, washing machine, dishwasher and the main sewer line buried 3' under my house last week during a heat wave. The hottest day was 106 degrees but Dan, Hector and Pablo didn't complain once! I was very anxious but the guys eased my mind by telling me they have done hundreds of jobs like mine and that I had nothing to worry about. They were right! They showed up on time every morning and cleaned up my floors and counters when the job was finished. I highly recommend Bryco plumbing no matter how big or small the job is. Very good and personable service. Very fast getting out to our house. Had a hot water heater replaced. They also fixed some problems with one of our toilets and recommended a way to fix another problem with our bath which they guided us to do ourselves as it wasn’t that complicated but the bath hasn’t been working right at all. First off, they were the ONLY company, out of 6, that picked up the phone when I called at 10AM. One star ⭐ There was a miscommunication with my appointment but Brian, the owner, instantly took full responsibility for the misap and corrected right away. Two stars ⭐ Josh, the technician, was on time, friendly but more importantly, was excellent and thorough. He diagnosed the issue after investigating around the house and the property, found the problem and fixed it. Three stars⭐ The whole thing took less than 2 hours. He didn't try to upsell me on other "eventual problems" or maintenance we should take care of right now. Four stars⭐ Gave me a huge discount for the mix up on my original appt.
