Couldn't be happier with the service this company gave me, Brunel engraving took on a little job for me to produce a brass engraved, paint filled memorial plaque to go on my dogs wooden ashes urn that another engraving company took the time to design, then turned around and informed me it was impossible to produce due to the small size of the plaque! ?!?, I sent Brunel the design proof that was apparently "physically impossible" to produce, within 1 day they had promptly accepted the job, payment was sent and it was in production, customer service was excellent, communication was excellent, received the plaque today, its perfect, thank you so, so much :) More...

We recently ordered an acrylic plate for a memorial bench. The whole process was very easy and simple to use and we were kept up to date throughout. Unfortunately the plaque came with a small scratch on it probably through the delivery process. But after calling direct (Natalie) she has now sorted this and we will receive our replacement shortly. While not the cheapest. Very very good quality. I ordered via the web with a graphic and text. Came to much more than the 'from' price advertised, but happy to have paid for the quality of product and service. Submitted the request and was phoned back next day by a very nice lady who explained that I couldn't have what I wanted, but explained that what they could do would look much better. Thank you Brunel Engraving, I ordered a commemorative plaque for a bench for my husband, ordered on Thurs 1st sept and chose to pay for "special date" to get delivery for what would have been his b/day on Tues 6th sept, with hindsight realised this would be a "tall order" as weekend approaching, imagine my surprise to get early morning phone call "it was on its way" as doorbell goes"its here". packaged well and excellent workmanship rushed straight out to put on bench in time for family members gathering, photo's, and lovely meal, what a lovely way to remember a fine man. would deffo recommend. thanks so much More...
