I had never been in the care industry and had only personal experiences to draw on when I started at Brightspark 2 years ago. Julie and Monica took me under their wing and showed me what person centered care was and why it was important. I worked with some fantastic people during my time there and although the faces changed the companies ethos has stayed the same, putting the individual at the heart of what they do. I have only worked for bright spark for 4 months but with nearly 8 years in the industry. Bright spark care are the best Iv worked for by a mile. Iv never worked for a company where the director still has their feet on the ground and genuinely cares about all the clients! A person centred approach is at the forefront of every aspect of client care, which makes a massive difference to how happy they all are! Well what can I say, by far the best company I've ever worked for. I never thought for a second about working in this industry but my whole perception of the job has completely changed and I wouldn't change it for the world! It is such a privilege to be part of such a caring, hardworking and rewarding company who always put the clients and their needs first. The management team is second to none, they are always on hand to help with any queries or concerns about clients and always willing to get stuck in on care calls. Never have I ever worked with a better team. Everybody does their share and then some. We are not just colleagues. We are family. Through thick or thin they have your back. In this job you will meet the most wonderful people and personalities. Everyone different, everyone unique. The company and manager know how to look after staff and she is never afraid to get her hands dirty. Couldn’t recommend working for brightspark more! This is by far the best company around. After changing companies twice this year we are over the moon with the care, compassion and overall happy personalities of all the ladies we have met. Ive been working for brightspark care for aproximately 2 months, after two short unpleasant spells at 2 other homecare companies in the local area. I can hand on heart say I am a very content member of the brightspark team� They genuinely care about their clients and employees alike, the bond between clients, carers, and manager, I havent seen within a care company or in this industry for a very long time! ( ive been in this sector for almost 20yrs) All the clients i have had the pleasure of meeting to date, seem to be happy and thriving with the care they recieve, and the other members of the team ive worked with so far are happy and love their Jobs � ( this too is a rareity in this industry) � brightspark � More...
