What do you love most about your job?
The moments where a client is happy to see you, and looking forward to seeing you the next day; showing that they do appreciate my service and I am providing the best care possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The passion for caring and providing the best care, grew as I was training to be a nurse. I gained experience which was accompanied by my qualifications during the course of my career.
As hectic as it was within the field, I also noticed neglection within the care sector, which in line got me interested in understanding the fault and creating a solution which would atleast help and add value to the sector; and building a team of respectable and genuine individuals that share the same passion I have.

We aim to make an impact in our clients lives; respecting their values, lifestyle and time. We take pride in the care we provide, as it is at the best of our abilities, with the help of the training we take part in; and making sure our attitude and aura stays positive, keeping our clients happy and satisfied. Even a good laugh is involved; cause nothing makes the day better, than a good laugh.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
PPE is always provided to our staff, and is available at any point, eliminating the chances of them running out while they are on their calls. Our staff are trained to always stay alert, observing any changes within the environment they're in and the client they are caring for. In the event that they're do observe some signs, they understand the protocol to follow.
Domiciliary Care Services
Bright almond care, offers domiciliary care services or more commonly referred to as “home care services”. We understand in life there will be times when we can no longer, independently, complete basic daily tasks such as cooking, ironing and washing. At this stage in our life, we will need some assistance, someone to help us with the day-day tasks. Domiciliary care services allow us to support and provide you with the care you need in the comfort of your own home. Home care services for those times when you need assistance with:

*Washing and dressing
Whether you need four visits throughout the day or just one visit, we can work together to create the care plan you need and deserve.
Live-in and Palliative Care
We understand, for many different reasons, there will be times when the client and family need 24/7 care support in place. Our around the clock, 24hrs live-in care services, provides clients with the safety they need and also peace of mind for all the family and relatives involved. We also have staff trained for palliative (end of life) care, for those most difficult sensitive times.
Supported Living
We offer this service to promote clients independence in either their own homes or in their community. Our staff will be there to offer some motivation to do even some simple tasks such as going out shopping, college, taking a bath and cooking.
