I contracted Bridge2clean to execute an end of tenancy clean for 2 properties. The staff were very friendly but the end result wasn’t satisfactory. For the first property, there were some spots missed but after I pointed it out, they were more than happy to correct it. I was happy with the first property. However, the 2nd property was not satisfactory. I was charged extra because I was told the property wasn’t clean enough to begin with. Even after that, there were still spots not cleaned properly. The landlord of the property inspected and said the cleaning wasn’t up to standard and we are now being charged extra to get another company to clean it again. More...

On Thursday 26th August, Monica and Josephine from Bridge2Clean arrived at my home, both very bright and cheerful to give it a deep clean. Very efficiently one started at the top of our home and the other in the kitchen. For two hours they worked diligently and always smiling, our home felt happy and fresh again after their visit.
Today 2nd September just Monica arrived and we immediately felt our home was in safe hands as she worked through the house, leaving us feeling relieved that the pressure was at last off.
We look forward to a pristine home for a long time to come, many thanks girls.

Staff that came to clean were very nice and professional. However, the service delivered was not as discussed/described when booked and poorer than expected. Clean was very basic and not thorough, I found a lot of places had been over looked. More...

Thank you for your review; As we don't like to leave our clients less than satisfied with our services. We did go back to Mrs Olufon's house on an agreed time and corrected what she was not happy with. She was more than happy with the end result and has asked us to go back every other week for a service. Thank you again Mrs Olufon.

I hired Eunice to help my father-in-law out; we met prior to a day of deep cleaning which was great, my father-in-law was very happy with her and 'over the moon' with the results of the clean. I am now having her go in regularly to keep on top of the general cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company, very professional and at the same time warm and friendly, we were very happy to have Eunice and her team in the house and they do a fabulous job. More...
