Our uPVC back door wouldn't lock on Sunday evening. Got an answer from Bridge straight away. Happy to try to diagnose the problem on the phone. Came out in 45 minutes. Identified and explained the problem with the door and did a great job to fix it without throwing his hands up in horror and with a very reasonable charge for Sunday night. Brilliant service! Came quickly, late on a Sunday afternoon, to free us, after lock jammed, locking us in.
