Simon at Bricknells has helped me for many years. Whenever my property became empty I would just contact Simon, provide him with any updated information and he would have it advertised in no time. I have always had a good interest from the advertising and been very satisfied with the tenants. Simon deals with the tenancy agreements, reference checks and makes sure I am aware of any changes in legislation. Interestingly each agency is very different in their approach even though essentially they provide the same service.
