What do you love most about your job?
The best thing about my job is the satisfaction in seeing that my help and knowledge has been used to assist clients to reach their goal of getting the property they want with the minimum of stress and inconvenience. Mortgages are currently harder than ever to obtain so an advisor needs to be able to build relationships and develop a clear understanding of the clients' objectives in order to arrive at the desired outcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to be able to make a real difference to my clients' lives by going the extra mile in their quest for that 'dream house'. Having the ability to help others achieve their wishes is something that is very valuable in the current climate.
Why should our clients choose you?
I can promise a really friendly, helpful and professional service to every client that I deal with. Buying a property is a huge decision and those making it need to be treated with the utmost respect and understanding. Whilst I can't always promise the best possible outcome I can promise a dedicated and courteous service that will be honest, reliable and as efficient as possible.

I can offer clients meetings by Zoom so business can be conducted on a personal basis.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid-19 has changed so many things, not least the ability to meet clients face to face. A mortgage application and property purchase can have many twists and turns so it's critical that there are a personal relationship and trust between advisor and client. Whilst always preferring to forge those relationships in person, they haven't really been possible for a while so Zoom calls are the new normal.
