Awful customer service.
I have been a loyal client to the salon for 4 years.
On my last visit when one of the hairdressers was washing my hair she caught my earring with her hand and it went down the plug hole.
The earrings were a birthday present and weren’t cheap. Mistakes happen and the lady doing my hair was very apologetic. However, I can’t same the same for the rest of the staff. 0 effort was made to try and recover the earring and I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance when I asked if there was anything else they could do. I escalated to the
manager and was told they would look into compensation. That was at the end of July, it is now September.
I completely understand mistakes happen but how companies chose to deal with them is what makes the difference.
Unfortunately Brendan O Sullivan doesn’t know how handle mistakes and chooses to ignore them along with their customers.

A truly superb haircut from Brendan which made my bleach-fried hair look stylish and revived. He thought about everything very carefully including how I would style it on my own without using too much heat and gave great advice re products to use to help my hair. He also gave me excellent advice re how to fix my colour (botched at home root lift) and introduced me to the salon’s colour expert, Emi, who will be trying to salvage it next week. He was extremely thoughtful about trying to take my time constraints etc into consideration re my longer term hair plan as I have a second baby due soon. Also a wonderful service and very considered, kind advice from Callum at the salon. I’ve been to high end salons all over the world and this first experience of Brendan O’Sullivan has left me extremely impressed and convinced that I’ve found my new regular salon. Being a guy with long hair, I’ve been terrified to have someone even whisper the words “hair cut” in my general direction. That is until I walked into Brendan O’Sullivan and met Jack. It all kicked off with a frank chat about what hair style I would like, naturally I wanted to look like Keanu Reeves. I was then sent to have my hair washed and goodness it felt like my scalp was being caressed by baby seals, I was in shampoo heaven and God it smells great! I was offered a menu for drinks.... A MENU! Never in my wildest dreams did I think that was on the cards! Once Jack started on my hair I was immediately put at ease and my fear of being butchered was soon put to bed. The chat was flowing and the hair was falling off in all the right places. After no time at all I was left with a work of art anyone would be proud of. My locks were light, they were feathery but most of all they were left in a state I could only refer to as “majestic”.
