Breeze have done an outstanding job of installing a ducted Daikin AC system in my house. From start to finish the guys were professional and had no problem dealing with issues that appeared during the installation process, includuing having to completely strip the unit down and rebuild in loft due to narrow access. They were here for 3 full days and tidied the area they were working in at the end of each day.I had one issue with excess vibration of the outdoor unit once it was installed and a solution was found and installed at no extra cost. The unit, which sits on the other side of the wall in my lounge, is now installed on special springs is now totally inaudible from within the house.I would recommend Breeze wholeheartedly to anyone looking to have air conditioning installed. The price given was competitive, the salesman turned up on time and was professional. The workmen turned up on time - well presented and were polite, well spoken and informative. I had 100% faith they would do what they said they would do. Any small issues that cropped up were met with a smile and not profanity. The job was completed on time with no fuss and the area was as tidy - all rubbish was taken with them as well.I was so impressed and I am so happy that I am getting a quote for a second unit. I had air conditioning installed in my 2 bedroom house. The house was only built in 2014. However it is so well insulated that unfortunately in summer it’s like an oven. I live by a train line so can’t open the windows due to the noise. The guys turned up on time, put dust sheets down and were really tidy. I had air con installed in one bedroom and one unit in the lounge - both are on a multi-system that is supported by one unit outside. The difference it has made to my home is immense. It’s lovely and cool. No more horrid sweaty nights! I’m so utterly delighted with my new air con system. I had many quotes from various air con suppliers, I would highly recommend Breeze. They are competitive, professional, polite and did such a neat job. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the system and how it works and how to clean it. We had our unit installed last October, the installation was excellent, they team turned up on time and put down dust sheets where they were working, they completed the work with no disruption and tidied up before leaving. We have used the unit over the winter on dry mode like a dehumidifier which worked well, but the last few weeks have been amazing, with 4 x 6ft windows in our dining room with no opening windows, the air conditioning unit has been great and cooled the room from 28 or 29 right down to 20 (which is were we set the temp).
