I ordered a glass award and uploaded a logo for engraving, there was a problem with the pic I uploaded but I received an email within an hour asking for another. I was overwhelmed by the quickness and efficient way this was dealt with even though it was my fault for sending a dodgy photo. I order this award three weeks early to make sure I got it it time, expecting to receive it in about two weeks, but I had it within two days! The quality of glass and engraving are both exceptional.
