Absolutely 100% reccommend Bow Cottage. I ordered a ring that came and it was too big, this was entirely my fault as I told her the wrong size! Bow Cottage then was lovely enough to resize the ring for me which I was over the moon with! She couldn't have been nicer or more efficient with her messages. Bought a necklace to wear for my vow renewal, it is stunning! Easy to order, fantastic communications and overall service. Less than two weeks before our ceremony hubby admitted he'd forgot to buy me a ring! I messaged Kirsty fully expecting her to say that she couldn't help ( i mean what hand made provider could in that short span of time) but she said it was completely possible, made it, sent it special delivery, communicated constantly, and even checked it had arrived in time.
