Rupert is an absolutely fabulous cook, I genuinely couldn’t fault any of the courses and the whole menu worked beautifully together. I’m still dreaming about the Thai salad with tempura prawns and the apple and pear tarte tartin. Find out what their favourite dishes are, get hold of the very best possible ingredients, what’s in season and then get creative!
What do you love most about your job?
The chance to truly impress someone with my food. And make their event as memorable as possible
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love cooking, so to get the chance to share my food with other people was easy. Also I’m extremely competitive, so I try my very best to make events unforgettable.
