Over the years I've used rug dr home cleaning machines from the co op & morissons, saw this company on Facebook, £25 for 24hrs PLUS 2 litres of cleaning solution included, bargain.
They dropped the machine off early Friday morning as promised, refreshed me on use and off he went. The machine was immaculate, not a dirty drop of water or dust/pet hair to clean as I've had to do from other places hired.
Friday afternoon my hubby cleaned the living room carpet, there was a slight problem with the machine, contacted the lady, she said, stop using it, we will drop another off in the morning, true to her word the machine was here first thing now all this keeping in mind it was jubilee Bank Holiday weekend, so felt bad they had to come out, but when the guy dropped it off, he was adamant it was not a problem.
The cleaner was picked up early monday morning, yet again apologies for the machine glitch.
I highly recommend this company as communication, customer care and machines are top notch.

So my carpets were in a desperate need of a bit of freshen up. I saw this advertisement on Facebook and I booked. Had the rug doctor for 24 hours on Saturday.
I just want to leave a review saying how fabulous the service was from Julie on messenger to ( I don't know the guys name) to the lovely man who delivered and collected the rug doctor.
Any questions wernt a problem and showed me clearly how to use it! We will be deffinalery using this service again!!
