I approached Body Centric for help to stop my slouching problem; never had any pain or issues – decided to take pre-emptive action against any future problems.
Had approx. 15 treatment sessions so far and noticed a significant improvement. The first session made a dramatic difference which I could not believe.
Mohammed has been honest and professional throughout – even when I asked to get treated 3 times a week, he advised me against it as I would not see benefits (he could have just said yes and took my money) - instead he has advised me on have a maximum of 2 per week to get the most efficient improvements. I have been travelling 2 hours (100 miles) everytime to see him. Why? Because from what I have seen and tried, he is the best at what he does.
No pushy sales or trying to sell you things you do not need.
Only negative I would say is that his assistant, Buddy (shown on his website, About Us section), does not do anything.
Everytime I go in, Buddy the skeleton ignores me and doesn’t say a word :-)

After trying literally everything over the past 3-4 years with limited success, Mohammed helped me feel better (physically and mentally) in a very short space of time.

What inspired you to start your own business?
As my own health gradually deteriorated over the years I was forced into giving up the two loves of my youth; football and weight lifting.
Despite being active and following a reasonably healthy lifestyle I kept getting niggling injuries and all too often would fall ill – sometimes inexplicably. My doctors could not provide satisfactory answers and would try to convince me to just accept my situation.
Growing ever frustrated with the standard of healthcare knowledge and practice I took the matter of my health into my own hands and began heavily researching whatever was ailing me.
I found ABC™ somewhat by accident and am so thankful I did.
It has had such a transformative effect on me and my health I felt compelled to learn this life changing art in order to have a positive effect on family, friends and my community in general.
For too long as a society we have had to put up with pain/dysfunction and to make do. I'm here to help change that.
