Aiden is an absolute top flight physical therapist (physio]. As a former athlete, I've worked with many, and he is as good as they come. Aiden combines the spirit and understanding of an athlete (he's a competitive rower), with an engineer's mindset toward the science and creation of a customized treatment plan for healing, restoration, and optimized performance. Athletes or weekend warriors with no history of injury would also learn to function better and perform stronger, physiologically speaking, under his care. He will optimize the way you move through a targeted training approach.His kind and patient manner means that he is constantly listening and tuned in. I was knocked off my bike by a lorry, which then ran over my right leg and left ankle. Leslie at Bodies under Construction is working with me in order for me to rebuild my very damaged leg. To be honest I don't know what I would do without him. His enthusiasm, his kindness and empathy, his skill and the attention to detail. None of these words really do justice to the treatment I have received and am still receiving from him.
