What do you love most about your job?
A pest infestation is at best an inconvenience and at worst, dangerous. We get a huge amount of satisfaction from ridding customers of unwanted or potentially dangerous pests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the industry for a number of years, we decided to form our own company in 2002 believing we could offer a better service than the larger companies.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All current Covid-19 safety protocols are being observed.
Wasp Nest Removal
Wasps nest are usually treated with the application of a insecticidal dust into the entrance hole. The nest will be dead within a few hours.
This service is guaranteed, if your still seeing wasps the next day, we'll return and treat again, free of charge.
Fleas
Fleas are treated with the application of a residual insecticide spray to all floors and soft furnishings. You and your pets will have to stay out of the house while we carry out the treatment and for a few hours afterwards. We then ask that you do not vacuum for 2 weeks after the treatment.
This service is guaranteed. If you're still seeing fleas three weeks afterwards, we will return and treat again, free of charge.
Bedbugs
A bedbug treatment consists of two-part treatment with a residual insecticide, approximately two weeks apart.
Rats & Mice
Rodent treatments will consist of a trapping or baiting programme with minimum of two visits required.
Birds
Solar panel proofing and seagull deterrent chimney cages.
