Describe your creative process.
Our creative process varies, depending on the type of design we are creating.
For instance, a logo design will start with a design sheet full of ideas and with each discussion between us and the client, we will narrow the design down to 1 logo. From there we design branding such as fonts, colours and icons to accompany the logo design.
For designs such as flyers and brochures, we take the information/text provided by the client and create a layout which we think best fits the content. From there, we discuss colour, font and image options with the client until we have their perfect design.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before we start working we may need the following information from our clients (depending on the type of design work):
- Business Name
- Business Tagline (optional)
- Any Existing Logos
- Existing Brand Colours
- Business Contact Information (Website, Phone Number, Social Media Links, Business Address, etc.)
- Desired Budget
- Desired Deadline
What do you love most about your job?
We love to express our creativity every day by picking colour palettes and choosing imagery and type but we also have to think ‘outside the box’ to solve challenging briefs. Every design project, big or small, has the potential to make a difference. Having the ability to create change is a privilege.
Armed with iPads, Macs and our Adobe software, we can work anywhere in the world meaning no matter how far away our client is, we are always able to help! This also means that we have access to a range of industries, meaning no two days are the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of us both working as in-house designers, during the pandemic, we decided to go it alone! We were inspired by thousands of people starting their own businesses and we wanted to use our skills to help those new businesses thrive in the new 'independent' world.

We know that running a business is time-consuming, which is why we take the pressure off one of the biggest factors of being a business owner - how customers/clients see you. We are known for quick turn-around times meaning we can keep your business looking great while you keep things running behind the scenes.
We try and save you money by using the appropriate tools and Softwares within budget. We also know how to prepare the files properly for printing, meaning your prints will always look spot-on!
We can design and give a consistent brand identity to your business, as well as easily adapting to growing trends. We always aim to give a professional touch to the company or business and
through designing, we bring recognition to the business.

We provide our services entirely online. Most of our services are discussed via email, however, online meetings and phone calls can be scheduled for a more personal service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Luckily, with our services being entirely online, we are Covid-19 safe.
