They informed me of the Right to manage legislation and dealt with everything from there. What do you love most about your job?
Providing leaseholders with transparent, affordable management services. On average we save leaseholders 20-30% on their annual service charge and the smile we receive is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We purchased BlocNet from the founding Director after working with him for a number of years. We were inspired with the transparent approach to block management and look forward to growing this ethos throughout the industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a simple, transparent management service in favour of the leaseholder. We accept absolutely no incentives or commissions from service providers and are therefore able to minimise the costs to leaseholders.
