Block Management 24 came and cleaned my gutters of my Edwardian house in North London about a month ago, I have a loft extension so the rear top gutter is very high. Their men reached all gutters vacuuming them out quite easily. The two men were extremely polite and professional . The team at Block Management 24 are very friendly and care about the complex here at Lowfield Court in Hoddesdon . The grounds are very well maintained by the team all year round. When any issues have arisen they have always been quick to respond and let the residents know what is going on. The one thing i would say that could be improved is that on the very few occassions i have needed to call the emergency contact numbers i have never actually had a call answered in person it always goes to voicemail, but the issues have always been resolved regardless of that. They’ve been patient with a difficult previous managing agent and dealt with any problems that have cropped up both efficiently and professionally. Any issues I've had they've been proactive in their quest to resolve them, from nuisance neighbours to a faulty gate, all the while having clear communication throughout any process and how they are going to approach the matter in hand. What do you love most about your job?
Providing customers with a quality and professional service which is cost effective and personable. Seeing customers faces when they see the results of our work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started the business based on a bad experience form a property management agent on a flat, following this experience we created a plan to be different in the property market and block management. Following our success we were able to offer skills we had built in previous jobs to offer a comprehensive property maintenance side to the business.

We can provide advice online and remotely but its usually best to see us in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In regards to any site visits these are completed outside of a property keeping a safe distance but still using gloves and face covering and all staff will have access to hand sanitiser.
Customers will be screened for COVID relation questions to ensure the safety of themselves and our staff. Any meetings that can take place on line will be facilitated in this way.
