I had a problem as my Power of Attorney had not been registered by my mother and I was in the process of selling my mother's house. Heenal Chhipa who works in the Amersham branch met with me within an hour of this being discovered and managed to register the power of attorney in 8 weeks instead of the usual 12. We recently used Baser Mills and it was a very satisfactory experience . We had a difficult family problem relating to a Power of Attorney . Sarah Timothy looked after the matter . She gave a lot of time to our initial discussion and recommended a straightforward and direct course of action. This resulted in a most satisfactory outcome in a much shorter time frame than predicted. A very realistic fixed cost was given and adhered to in spite of some extra consultations along the way .
