Absolutley shocking garage
Arranged through motor angels warranty assist to have car looked at on Monday
Today is Wednesday
I contacted the garage and my warranty company several times over the past two days as the diagnosis should be finished the same day it is booked in.
I contacted my warranty this morning who advised they have tried to contact the garage several times yesterday with no response.
My warranty advised me I can take the car to a garage of my choice if I chose so I phoned the garage to find out where the car was up to.
I advised I was looking at changing garage but before I did wanted to know if they were going to be looking at the car anytime soon as I need the car for work.
She advised that the car had been diagnosed and that the warranty company had been updated whilst I was also on the phone to to the warranty
I asked her what the diagnositic was and she confirmed they were unable to tell and were waiting for permission from the warranty to do further works to diagnosis
I said I would contact the garage right away to have it authorised and the call ended
Apparently this conversation was enough to no longer carry out the necessary work on the car
My car is now stranded at the garage with no way of being able to move it to get it repaired due to insufficient funds available for recovery
I have a bipolar diagnosis and the absolute stress of all this isn’t great, considering as I need the car for my job
Would not recommend if your looking for a timely repair on any vehicle but can’t comment on any work seeing as they refuse to do it

I've used Blackburns a number of times now with different bikes and the service is great. I like the fact you get reminders that your MOT is due. Due to the nature of my job its difficult to arrange days off. Blackburns has always accmodated this at short notice I awalys feel shite for doing things last minute but they"ve been great...
