Being able to help people during their most vulnerable times in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own care business because as a nurse I was quite limited in my scope in which I could deliver and provide excellent care. I only have one pair of hands and one pair of feet but a lot of care to give!
Now as a care business owner,
I am able to multiply my efforts by recruiting and training up some amazing carers who also have a huge heart of compassion and we get to make a huge hands on, lasting difference in our community.

We are big on continuity of care - meaning, we understand you would like to minimise (as much as possible) the amount of new staff that you have to build a bond with.
You build an amazing connection with a carer, only to have to start all over again with another new carer!
We know how annoying it is when different people come to support you with your care and especially when you haven’t been informed about this!
We promise to do everything we can to ensure you are matched with a carer you really connect with and then do everything in our power to ensure you get to maintain a positive, lasting relationship with them!

All of services are done in person as we offer hands on care support in a person’s own home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are obssessed with making sure we drastically reduce risks of infections and viruses by regularly training our staff on the importance of wearing the correct personal protective equipment when caring for our clients. We check our staff understand this and adhere to our policies and procedure.
Staff can also wear masks when they enter your home. Although this isnt mandatory any more, if you would like our staff to wear a mask, just let them know and they will pop one on!
In addition, staff are tested for COVID-19 regularly and wont enter your home if they have a cough, fever or high temperature.
